Measuring and fitting are the two points where a job goes right or wrong, and we do both ourselves. The person who measures your windows is the person who comes back and fits what was made for them, so nothing gets lost between the survey and the install. If anything ever needs looking at, you know exactly who to call.

Made to your measurements, by our trade suppliers
Nothing we fit comes off a shelf. Every curtain, blind, shutter and awning is made to order, to the measurements we took at your window, by the trade suppliers we buy from. We confirm every measurement and detail before anything is cut, and the price we agree before you order is the price you pay.
Insured and guaranteed
Fully insured, and guaranteed for 12 months
We are fully insured to work in your home. Everything we supply and fit is guaranteed for 12 months. If anything is not right after fitting, tell us and we come back and put it right. You are dealing with the people who measured and fitted it, so there is nobody to pass you between.
Why there’s no showroom
Your home is the showroom
Fabrics and finishes look different under showroom lights than they do on your own walls, in your own light, next to your own furniture. So instead of asking you to come to us, we bring the sample books to your living room. You see exactly what a fabric will look like where it will actually hang, and you decide at home, in your own time.

A father who measures and fits, and two sons: one on the tools with him, one on the phone. The whole job stays inside the family, from the first call to the fitting.
Bookings
When you send the form or ring, one of the family calls you back and books your visit, with no call centre, no sales team and no passing you around.
Measuring
We survey and measure every job ourselves, in homes across Kent and in commercial work, including hotels. The person who measures is the person who fits.
Fitting
The same family comes back and fits what was measured, with a second pair of hands on fitting day. If anything ever needs looking at, you know exactly who to call.

No, and most people do not. That is what the visit is for. We bring the sample books to you, you see the fabrics and finishes against your own walls and your own light, and we talk through what works for each window.
If you would rather take the samples away and think about it, that is fine too.
Yes, it is free, and there is no obligation at all. You are not charged for the visit, the advice or the quote.
Nobody will pressure you. If it is not right for you, or the price is not right, that is the end of it, and we will not chase you.
